I’m Ewell Ferguson, your host for the 1 hour program, and this is my bluegrass kitty cat Buster who also takes care of the sound board and pushes the buttons so you can hear the songs. We broadcast a weekly radio show on the internet through streaming media and podcasting. In Central West Virginia, tune into Boss 97 FM on your radio dial. You can hear it at 10AM and 10PM on Sundays. |

When friends come over to pick and sing he climbs right up in their laps and checks out their instruments and usually ends up falling asleep in someone’s instrument case. | The Bluegrass Preservation Society sponsors concerts all around Gassaway and we record the bands when they play. That music is then made available to you for download on this web site and is also incorporated into our weekly radio show for your enjoyment. We only play what we record. You won’t hear any slick, studio recordings here, but you will get the highest quality recordings of our local bands up there on stage playing their hearts out for your enjoyment. So, click on a show above, or come listen to us on Sundays at 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. and Buster and I will do our very best to give you an hour of toe tapping entertainment. |
